Beautiful and cozy apartment for 2-3 person in a 2-storey apartment complex, in first beach line with sea view and top location of Empuriabrava.

In a few steps you reach the beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach. You can leave your car  in the reserved parking plot and explore the center by foot.  Your reach the bars, restaurants and pharmacy  in about 3-5 minutes by foot.

The Apartment has a balcony with wonderful sea and panoramic view.

The kitchen has all the essentials to make a good culinary meal.

For a further sleeping possibility  is available a big sofa bed in the living room.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

• Final cleaning per apartment: 95,00 €
• Bed linen – per person and change: 15,00 €
• Towels (except beach towels) – per pers. and change: 13,00 €
• Deposit (to be paid with the 1st deposit, via online banking or transfer order.
  Will be refunded within one week after departure, provided that no damage has been caused to and in the house) – 250,00 €
• Dogs are allowed: 50.00 € once
• Air conditioning (hot / cold) per week: 35,00 €

Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person, per day, payable in cash on arrival day, for max. 7 days stay, due. This fee is valid from the age of 16 years.

Note: The tourist fee will probably be increased for the 2025 season. The amount is not yet known!

On Arrival day the apartments are available from 15:00 º clock.

On the day of departure you have to overgive the keys, latest at 10:00

º`clock, to the administration.

Any changes are possible by arrangement.

Special offers

At celebrations, for example a Birthday, wedding anniversary, etc., can be arranged for a fee, a meal, flower arrangement, cake, a nanny, excursions and so on.

That you can already enjoy your first day of relaxed vacation, we`ll do the first purchase for you and fill your fridge – after consultation!

Surroundings

Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy with german-speaking staff can be reached in about 5 minutes to walk.

The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprise. It has tourist centers, many tourist attractions and virgin landscapes, such as the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l’Empordá Natural Park and, next to Empuriabrava, other places of interest: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí –

Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peralada, the monastery Montserrat, the Dalí Museum and the house and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you will see the landscapes and work of the ingenious painter, who called himself divine

Activities

For active people there are opportunities along the coast for kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, skydiving, tennis, golf, mini golf, an Aguapark, a gondola etc. Many hiking trails run through the area of the Ampurdan. You can go just in a few places in the world too mountain climbing or skiing in the morning and swim, fish or sail in the sea in the afternoon. The high peaks of the Canigó or the ski station “la Molina” can be reached from us in about 2 hours. Even closer is the nature reserve “Albera”, the most gentle section of the Pyrenees, whose foothills sink into the sea and in Garriguella you can visit the turtle breeding center.

The tourist centers offer numerous city trips, per example Barcelon, Lloret de Mar, Girona, Montserrat Monastery etc.

In Roses you can charge a catamaran for a day trip to Cadaqués.

Every Saturday takes place at the Stranpromenade a popular, colorful market takes place!
