Nice apartment on the 1st floor of a two-family house, with separate entrance. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 people. From the large balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the water channel. The house of 2 families is located on a plot of 540 m², directly to the sea water channel.

Note: The pool is available just for guests on the ground floor or when renting the total house. The guests who are renting just the apartment on the 1st floor are not allowed to use the pool area.

Note: For rentals of ground floor and 1st floor is a price of € 2.145 € per week to pay – in the peak season from 21.06. – 06.09.2025.

In the mid season is payable a price of € 1,820.

In the low season is payable a price of € 1,105.

Deposit for ground floor + 1st floor: 700 €

Final cleaning for ground floor + 1st floor: 200 €

Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person, per day, payable in cash on arrival day, for max. 7 days stay, due. This fee is valid from the age of 16 years.

On the arrival day, the apartments are available from 16:00 clock.

On the departure day, latest at 10:00 a.m. you have to overgive the keys to the administration.

Any changes are possible by arrangement.

Animals are only allowed by arrangement – Cost: 50,00 € per dog.

We can be arranged for a fee at celebrations like Birthday, wedding anniversary, etc. a meal, flower arrangement, a cake, a nanny, day excursions and so on.

Surroundings

To the child-friendly, well-maintained, beautiful, wide sandy beach “La Rubina” are about 1.500 m, to reach it by car in about 5 minutes. The main beach and the center with his shops, bars and restaurants are about 2.000 meters away. If you cross the pedestrian bridges of the canals you`ll need about 15 minutes walk to the center.

You are reach the Pharmacies and Doctors in about 5 minutes by car.

Activities

Are a lot of Activeties, there are opportunities for kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, parachuting, tennis, golf, mini golf, an Aguapark, a Kardbahn and much more. There are many trails run through the area of Ampurdan.

There are only a few places in the world where you go mountain climbing or skiing in the morning and swim, fish or sail in the sea in the afternoon. The high peaks of the Canigó or the ski station “la Molina” can be reached from us in about 2 hours. Even closer is the nature reserve “Albera”, the most gentle section of the Pyrenees, whose foothills sink into the sea and in Garriguella you can visit the turtle breeding center.

Should be a rainy or cloudy day you can do a trip to the Butterfly Park of Castello d ‘Empuries or a visit to the indoor swimming pool of Roses .The indoor pool / sports center offers the possibility for a fitness training, swimming, sauna or relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

The tourist centers offer some bus tours to Barcelona, Girona, Montserrat Monastery etc.

In Roses you can book a daytrip to Cadaqués on a catamaran.

Every Saturday takes place on the beach street a popular, colorful market!
