The nice furnished holiday home (max 4 persons) with separate Apartement (max 2 persons), both with air conditioning, is located in the middle of a large garden in a well-kept and quiet residential area of  Empuriabrava. The beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants are aprox. 800-1000 m away, you reach them  within easy walking distance.

The  big garden area has a freshwater pool (Chlor, about 8 x 4m), terraces, deck chairs and garden chairs.
German television programs can be received via satellite Smart TV in the main house and in the Apartment and Internet via fibre optics.  The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, including 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher and plenty of dishes for 4-6 people. A washing machine and grill for BBQ is available.

The Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including 2-ring ceramic hob, coffeemashine (Senseo), etc and plenty of dishes for 2 people, a bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and dining/living area.

If you only want to rent the main house, the Apartement will not be rented elsewhere.

Other amenities include: a parking in front of the garage entrance, a lockable access to the pool area and barred windows with mosquito repellent.

Note: For occupancy of 5-6 people is always to rent the main house including apartment!

Small pets are allowed by arrangement, once  50.00 €.

Tourist tax of € 1,75 per person, per day, payable for max. 7 days stay, due. This fee is valid from the age of 17 years. Payable in cash on arrival day.

Surroundings

The beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach, can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot,as well as the center.

In the immediate vicinity is a nice mini golf course, where you can play minigolf up to 02:00 clock in the morning with a lot of fun for the whole family.

Only about 50 meters away is one of the beautiful water channels wiht a small harbor where you can attach a boat. You can rent  a jetty daily or weekly by Marina at the main port.

Shops are sufficiently available in about of 5-10 minutes by car, for example Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, as well as other supermarkets near the center or outside.
You reach the Supermarket “Montserrat” in about 5 min. walk.
Outside of Empuriabrava there are numerous good restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine.

The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprise. It has tourist centers and unspoiled landscapes, such as the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l’Empordá Natural Parks and Empuriabrav, along with other interesting places: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L’Escala, L’Estartit, Sant Martí – Ruines d’Empuries, Medes Islands, Peralada, Dalí Museum and the house and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you
will see the landscapes and work of the ingenious painter, who called himself divine.

Activities
On bad days you can visit the Butterfly Park in Castello d’Empuries.

Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer a variety of sports facilities, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.

On the whole coast there are opportunities for kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, parachuting, golf, mini golf, tennis, tours / excursions with the quart, wave club for Kids and Adults, Skydiving, hiking and cycle trails, skiing (until April) and much more.

In La Molina or Andorra there are very nice ski resorts, where you can enjoy skiing until April extensively. Empuriabrava takes about 2-3 hours to get there. So worth a day ski tour.

The tourist centers offer numerous city breaks, for example Barcelona, ​​Lloret de Mar or Monastery Montserrat.

In the nature reserve “Aiguamolls” you can watch a lot of kinds of birds from special observation points, for example: flamingos, kormoranes, herones, storks etc.
