Ground floor

On the ground floor is a small, open kitchen with dishwasher and big freezer. The dining area has a dining table with 6 wicker chairs. The living room is a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a small table and TV with German program, free W-LAN.

1ST Floor

On the first floor there are 1 bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, of which: 1 double bedroom with mini balcony – bed size 180 x 200 m and 1 bedroom with window – bed size 160 x 200 m. Both bedrooms are equipped with a standing fan.

2ND Floor

On the 2nd floor there is 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and mini balcony – bed size 180 x 200m, another bath room with shower and one kitchen, which is used as a laundry room / utility room.

3RD Floor

On the 3rd floor is the 4th double bedroom with double bed of size 180 x 200 m and air conditioning.

Arriving from 8:00 p.m. – extra costs from 20 €!

Parents are responsible for their children, any liability is
excluded. If a dog jumps over the fence or parapet or causes damage,
the dog owner is liable!

Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person, per day, payable in cash on arrival day, for max. 7 days stay, due. This fee is valid from the age of 16 years.

Surroundings

The beach is located at about 800 m and the center at about 500 m. You can reach them by car in approx. 3 minutes, on foot in about 5-10 minutes.

Pharmacies and doctors can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes.

The supermarket “Montserrat” is located at about 400-500 m, in the center.

On the Rambla, called “Rue de Galopp” of Empuriabrava you will find more shops, bars and restaurants.

The surrounding area offers many attractions such as the House of Dalí in Llobrigat (Cadaqués), the Dalí Museum in Figueres, Cap de Creus, the port of Roses and the nature reserve “Aiguamolls”.

Here you can observe from specially built viewpoints many bird species, for example storks, flamingos, herons, cormorants and much more.

The tourist centers offer day trips to Barcelona, Girona, Montserrat Monastery etc.

Autobuses are driving every day to Figueres, Cadaquès and Girona.

Every Saturday takes place in Empuriabrava on the beach street , a popular
and colorful market.
