The 65-square-meter apartment is located in a very central area, only about 80–100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the town center. It can accommodate up to 2–4 guests and features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, and a large sofa bed in the living room, as well as air conditioning (hot/cold).

The bright and spacious apartment has a balcony. A parking space in the underground garage is available, so you don’t have to worry about parking your car. An elevator takes you from the underground garage to the second floor, where the apartment is located. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living/dining area, ensuring comfortable temperatures even during the hottest summer months.

The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Here you can prepare and enjoy your meals. For your entertainment, there is a satellite TV, and a washing machine is also available to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, so you can always stay connected. Long-term rentals are possible only in the low season, from around October to May. Please contact us for more information.

The beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach, as well as the center can be reached in about 3-5 minutes.
