Activities and Attractions

The coast offers a wide range of sports for active visitors, including waterskiing, kite surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, canyoning, mountain hiking, and much more. Few places in the world allow you to go mountain hiking or skiing in the morning and then swim, fish, or sail in the sea in the afternoon.

The high peaks of Canigó or the ski resort La Molina are reachable in about one and a half hours from the apartment. Closer by is the L’Albera Nature Reserve, the gentlest section of the Pyrenees, where the foothills meet the sea. In Garriguella, you can visit the turtle breeding center.

The tourist information office, located just across the street, offers city trips to destinations such as Barcelona, Lloret de Mar, and Montserrat Monastery.

From Roses, day trips to Cadaqués are available, including catamaran excursions.

Every Saturday morning, a colorful and popular market/bazaar takes place along the beach promenade.
