The attractively furnished holiday home (max 5 persons) with separate studio (max 2 persons), both with air conditioning, is located in a well-kept and quiet residential area in Empuriabrava. The beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants are 1000-1500 meters away, you  will reach them in about 15 minutes within walking distance.

The well-maintained complex has a large freshwater pool (about 9 x 4m) with heat pump. The barbecue area offers a beautiful covered terrace with barbecue, large long wooden table and 2 long wooden benches, cabinets and satellite TV in German, washing machine and fridge with small freezer awning. The pool area has 4 sunbeds and and a pool of about 9 x 4 m.

The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, including 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee and dishwasher and plenty of dishes for 4 -6 people.

The studio has with separate entrance  is suitable for max. 2 persons. It offers a small kitchenette with living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower and small outdoor terrace with awning.

Other amenities include: a covered parking on the enclosed property for about 2-3 cars.

Surrounding

You can reach the beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach in about 15 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful mini golf course, where you can play minigolf up to 02:00 clock in the morning with a lot of fun.

The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprises. It contains tourist centers and virgin landscapes, such as the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l’Empordá and and in addition to Empuriabrava also other places of interest: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí – Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peradelada, Montserrat Monastery, the Dalí Museum as well as the house and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you will see the landscapes and work of the ingenious painter, who called himself divine.

The Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries is highly recommended, you could visit it on not beautyfull days.

Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer a variety of sports facilities, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.

All along the coast there are opportunities for kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, skydiving, golf, mini golf, tennis, tours / excursions with the Quart, mountain walks and coastal walks, skiing (until April) and much more.

In La Molina or Andorra there are very nice ski resorts, where you can enjoy skiing until April extensively. It thakes about 2-3 hours from Empuriabrava to get there.

Furthermore, numerous city trips are offered, per example Barcelona, ​​Lloret de Mar or Montserrat Monastery.

There is a popular and beautyfull market every Saturday in Empuriabrava on the line to the beach.
