The  beautyful apartment is located in a small urbanization called “Els Olivars” of Pau, near Roses and Empuriabrava. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with pool  of about 10 x 5 m. On the sun- and pool terrace, you can leave the daily routine and stress. The apartment offers enough space for a relaxing and comfortable stay.  It has a living space of approx. 60 – 65 m². The open kitchen as well equipped to prepare a lunch or good dinner which you can enjoy in a nice ambience on the terrace or in the dining room. A TV with SAT program (german) sells the boredom on rainy days.

The outdoor terrace has a shower with hot and cold water.

You coud park a car in the yard, but not recommended for slightly lower cars, because the driveway is very uneven. Better to park the car in front of the property.

Location: about 12-15 km to the beach to Roses and about 12 km to Empuriabrava.

Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person, payable for max. 7 days stay, due, in cash on arrival day. This fee is valid from the age of 17 years.

Surroundings

A small Supermarket and 2 restaurants are in the village from Pau. Further Supermarkets, Shops and the beaches are about 12 – 15 km away in Empuriabrava and Roses approx. 10 minutes by car. In about 1 km, in Palau Saverdera also some good Restaurants and a little Shop where you could buy fruits, vegetable and more.

In Mas Olivars is a tennis court tennis for tennis fans.

There is also a large game park with some attractions for children.

Activities

For active people there are opportunities along the coast for kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, skydiving, tennis, golf, mini golf, an Aguapark, a gondola etc. Many hiking trails run through the area of the Ampurdan. You can go just in a few places in the world too mountain climbing or skiing in the morning and swim, fish or sail in the sea in the afternoon. The high peaks of the Canigó or the ski station “la Molina” can be reached from us in about 2 hours. Even closer is the nature reserve “Albera”, the most gentle section of the Pyrenees, whose foothills sink into the sea and in Garriguella you can visit the turtle breeding center.

The tourist centers offer numerous city trips, per example Barcelon, Lloret de Mar, Girona, Montserrat Monastery etc.

In Roses you can charge a catamaran for a day trip to Cadaqués.
