The beautiful holiday home (max. 4 people) with a small pool (chlorine), BBQ area and small pool terrace, as well as a mooring for a Jetski (no available for a boat), is located in a well-kept and quiet residential area of the holiday resort of Empuriabrava. The courtyard entrance has two gates – one electric gate and one manual gate.

The beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants are about 1500 m away and easily accessible in about 15-20 minutes reachable on foot, by car in about 5 minutes. In about 700 m you can reach the small supermarket from Camping Rubina, in about 5 minutes by car, by bike about 10 minutes you can reach the center with its Shops and restaurants in Empuriabrava.

The well-kept property has two outdoor terraces and a mooring just for a Jetski, loungers and garden furniture and a parking lot on the closed property at the entrance. You receive german and french television programs via satellite SMART-TV and W-LAN via fiber optics. The closed kitchen is fully equipped, including a 3-ring ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher and enough crockery for four people.

The beautyful house has 2 bedrooms (a large bedroom with bed size approx. 160 x 200m and bathroom with bathtub and shower function and modern fan on the top, 1 small bedroom with bed size approx. 140 x 180m and modern electric fan, with small shower room without toilet, separate toilet, dining room and living room with access to the outside terrace with BBQ (gas grill) and pool/chanal area

A washing machine is available for you in the garage.

The house is alarm secured and has W-LAN (fiber optic)..

Surrounding

The beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach, as well as the center can be reached by food in about 10-15 minutes, in car in about 5 minutes.

The beach and the promenade with shops and restaurants are about 700-1000 meters away and you reach them within easy walking distance. In about 1000 m you reach a nice bakery – called , where you can get home-baked, fresh cakes and the Bistro Montserrad it is suitable for breakfast, lunch and diner. From there, you can reach the “Rue de Galopp”- the Rambla of Empuriabrava.

The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprises. It contains tourist centers and virgin landscapes, such as the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l’Empordá and and in addition to Empuriabrava also other places of interest: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí – Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peradelada, Montserrat Monastery, the Dalí Museum as well as the house and studio of Dalí in Portlligat. Along the way you will see the landscapes and work of the ingenious painter, who called himself divine.

The Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries is highly recommended, you could visit it on not beautyfull days.

Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer a variety of sports facilities, whether in the water, on land, in the air or in the mountains.

All along the coast there are opportunities for kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, skydiving, golf, mini golf, tennis, tours / excursions with the Quart, mountain walks and coastal walks, skiing (until April) and much more.

In La Molina or Andorra there are very nice ski resorts, where you can enjoy skiing until April extensively. It thakes about 2-3 hours from Empuriabrava to get there.

Furthermore, numerous city trips are offered, per example Barcelona, ​​Lloret de Mar or Montserrat Monastery.

There is a popular and beautyfull market every Saturday in Empuriabrava on the beach street.
