The renovated, spacious and well equipped holiday home (max 5-6 persons) with separate apartment (max 3-4 persons), private pool (ca.7 x 3m) and boat mooring of approx. 12m, have central air conditioning (hot/cold). The property is located in Empuriabrava, sector Noguera. The beach with beautiful promenade, the restaurants and shops are about 1500-2000 m away, to reache it in approx. 5 min. by car , round about 20 min. to walk and in about 10 min. reachable by bike.
There is a private fresh water pool, approx.7 x 3 m, a large pool sun terrace, as well as 2 further terraces to the water channal, with view on the sea water channel and boat mooring of approx.12m. At the pool area there are 4 sun loungers and a sun sail. In the morning you can enjoy a breakfast on the large terrace to the water channal, or enjoy in the evening a good glass of wine. On these terrase are available 2 sun loungers more.
The main house, as well as the apartment are equipped with german-french satellite TV. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. From the living room, you have access to the beautiful terrace to the channal. The main house has 3 bedrooms: 1 double room with bed size 180 x 200m, 1 room with bed size 160 x 200m and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each of size 90 x 200m. Furthermore, there are 2 bath rooms with shower and window.
There are a storage room in the main house. Here are available 2 barbecues for guests, a large fridge / freezer and a washing machine.
The apartment has a separate entrance, with small outdoor terrace, small kitchen, fully equipped, but without dishwasher, living-dining room german-french satellite TV, 1 bath room with shower and window and 2 bedrooms with bed size of about 160 x 200 m.
Note: The main house and apartment is equipped with a central air conditioning (hot / cold), and secured with an alarm system.
Note: In high season the apartment can not be rented separately without the main house. During the high season can be rented the main house separately without apartment or the main house with apartment.
In the off-season the apartment can be rented without main house.
Due to an opaque cover on the fence / wall (towards the street), the property is not visible.

Surroundings
The beautiful, wide and child-friendly sandy beach can be reached by car in about 5-10 minutes, as well as the center with the bars, restaurants and shops.
The nearest supermarket and restaurants are located in about 700 m in the area “Alberes Comercial” or the supermarket on the Puigmal.
The supermarkets Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona are reachable in about 5 min. by car.
Nearest of Empuriabrava there are many good and partly traditional restaurants serving Mediterranean and international cuisine.
The Costa Brava is the coast that causes the most admiration and surprises. It has tourist centers and virgin landscapes, such as the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l’Empordá Natural Park and Empuriabrava other places of interest: Roses, Canyelles Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L`Escala, L`Estartit, Sant Martí – Ruines d`Empuries, Medes Islands, Peralada, Peradallada, Montserrat Monastery, Dalí Museum and Dalí’s House and Studio in Portlligat. Along the way you will see the landscapes and work of the ingenious painter, who called himself divine.
Activities
On not so beautyfull days, the Butterfly Park in Castello d`Empuries is highly recommended.
For active athletes there are opportunities for kide surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving, skydiving, tennis courts, golf course, minigolf, gondolas and the Windoor (wind tunnel), for fun in all ages. You can watch the professionals at work by a small snack or drink, skiing in winter until April.
Also for hikers there are many trails that run through the area of Ampurdan.
In La Molina or Andorra there are very nice ski resorts, where you can enjoy skiing until April extensively. Empuriabrava takes about 2-3 hours to get there. So worth a day ski tour.
There are numerous city breaks offered, per example: Barcelona, Lloret de Mar, Girona, Monastery Montserrat etc.
Every Saturday takes place in Empuriabrava, on the beach road, a popular, colorful market.
